This course will provide a good understanding of how to implement an effective CAPA program, and how to better reduce the number and sources of CAPA.

This course is ideal for personnel in Product and Process Development, Quality Assurance, Validation, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, CAPA and Audit Teams; and others as desired.

Emphasis on the following:


 Terminologies in CAPA

 Demonstration of a good CAPA SOP

 Potential Sources of CAPA

 Corrective Vs Preventive Action

 Issue Investigation

 CAPA Implementation


 CAPA Verification

 

Date: July 13 - 14, 2009; Time: 8 am to 4:30 pm daily. Full agenda and packets available on arrival.

Refund Policy: 100% credit towards future training registration if cancelled by June 23rd, 2009; otherwise substitute another co-employee by July 1st, 2009.

Registration Fees: $795; 5% discount for two or more registrants from same company, or 10% discount for IL Science and Technology Park employees (A registrant cannot use both discounts).

Certificate: Upon successful completion of the test given at the end of training, a certificate of understanding of Corrective and Preventive Action will be issued.
